Can I buy a .si myself?
Yes. Use the checker, then register it at a .si registrar. If you think the reserve should own it, send it as a target on X.
Does holding .SISTR give me the domains?
No. The domains belong to the reserve. .SISTR is a memecoin that funds it; it isn't a share of anything.
